Welcome to our region. We are an active group which aims to hold regular driving and other events, throughout the year. If you’re new to the region or are just looking to check us out, we’d encourage you to overcome any natural apprehension and make contact. The first event or meeting is always the most difficult, but we can guarantee that if you take that step, within a very short time, it will feel like home. There is plenty of parking in the rear car park on tarmac with marked spaces. We all look forward to meeting you.

News and Information

Kent Porsche Breakfast Meeting – All Welcome

Held at The Dog House, Evegate, Station Road, Smeeth TN25 6SX, this is a bi-monthly meeting for All Porsche owners, drivers and enthusiasts. You don’t need to be a member of any Porsche club or group, all are welcome. There’s no formality or preferential treatment, we’re just car enthusiasts. Keep an eye on our calendar where we will let you know which model Porsche we will be featuring at our next meeting. First arrivals of featured cars will be displayed in the courtyard where people congregate over coffee. Parking is ample for well over 100 cars. Hot and cold drinks and breakfast sandwiches are available to buy from the micro pub and there is a sheltered outdoor seating area. This event is growing in popularity, so come along and bring your Porsche mates.

Drives Out.

Driving events are posted in the calendar section of this website, on our regional Facebook page (in the events section), and they are emailed to every single regional member in our monthly newsletter.  There is usually one drive a month, but the frequency is dependant on other events. If a drive is published, no matter what the weather / conditions are like, someone will be at the meeting point. We often find that the best drives happen when gloom and doom are predicted. No-one is given preferential treatment, but some destinations do have limits on the number of people or cars they can cater for. Get in early if advanced numbers are required to avoid disappointment but be considerate too, only book an event if you fully intend to take part. You’ll still be welcome to join in for the drive, even with short notice.  As Porsche Enthusiasts, there is little more satisfying than travelling with like minded people between locations. Routes will be published in advance as a GPX file, which you can input to your preferred navigation device. We encourage you to prepare for all our drives as though you were alone. This will add to your enjoyment and enable you to cater for road conditions and your driving style without distractions. You can choose to join in or leave the drive anywhere along the route. The drives are planned for your enjoyment, stay safe, be courteous and set a good example.

Car Displays / Track Days / National Events

Our regional calendar is full of a variety of events including Car Displays, Porsche Main Dealer and Porsche Specialist visits.  Regional displays and shows are almost always subject to limited numbers, whereas drives and meetings are unrestricted in terms of numbers.  Full details of events including dates times and locations are published well in advance. You can find these in our monthly newsletter, on this website and on our Facebook page, so be sure to read it carefully and save it somewhere that you can refer to it.

The details of Track Days, and other National Events, appear well in advance in the club magazine ‘All Torque’.  This will also include details of where to obtain any booking information and, if they apply, any discount codes.  If you want to enjoy any of these events, you’d be advised to make a decision as early as possible, then commit by booking and paying to secure your place.  Remember, we are a national club, run by volunteers. All offers of assistance are appreciated and will help you get more out of your day and your club.
